To be honest, I don't think this is going to help one bit for the normal users of fast food, but for me who eats out at the "BK Lounge" once every two months or so, it will make me think twice about getting that Whopper that packs 500 calories out of 2,000 a day you should be eating and that is not including the drink, fries or shakes that they will be trying to sell you. The Food Administration has also said that they are going to be posting them on vending machines as well so you will know that that King Sized Snickers you are going to be shoving in your face on break has over 400 calories in it.
Coming from a sugaraholic this is something that has come way too late in the game. I say this because I know how hard it is to give up sugar and not give into temptation on the vending machines. I just watched a movie called "Killer at Large" and it starts off talking about a 12 year old girl who has liposuction because she could not stop eating the junk food. I was so stunned that the parents would let this happen since they are they ones who are bringing in the food into the house hold they can control what "They" are feeding there child.
So when you go to get your next fast food fix and you see that second number up on the menu, just think about the number you want to be on the scale or even better yet, keep the number of dollars in your wallet fatter then you want your belly to be.
