The Beard Community.....

It has come to my attention that there is a horrible trend going on that you might not be aware of that you need to know before someone you like or even worse.. love, might have this happen to them.

Yes my friends that is what you think it is.

A Monkey Tail beard.  This is no joke, I would not mess around with anyone in the beard community that I hold so dear to my heart but apparently, some of my so called "Furry Faced Friends" have decided to make a mockery of facial hair.

As I sit an type this I am sick to my stomach because of what people will think of the rest of the bearded male (sometimes females) in this community.

Friends, if you see or know anyone who has this horrible act of malice, please wait for them to sleep then put there hand in warm water so they will urinate themselves, so that they, can feel the shame that I feel while looking at this photo.

4:07 a.m.

I love sleep.  I can sleep anywhere, anytime, hell I fell asleep waiting for my wife to come pick me up from work a few days ago.  I waited outside and put my extra shirt down as a pillow and caught some zzzzz while she was in transit.

But here I am awake because my wife is not here with me.  My two kids have fallen asleep, why cant I?  Hum?? Oh here are some fun photos the kidos and I did while the wife was out.

At this rate I don't think I should even sleep, just wait till six to start crashing around upstairs, I mean, I DO have dishes to do so I just can wait for a good hour to start making one hellava mess.

Ya, I'm tired so this might go on for a few more line or paragraphs but you can stop reading at anytime, I will not be saddened by your lack of interest in my life.  Go on, read my wifesblog  her's is really good and crafty!

I've had enough, thanks for reading my blog and really check out my wifesblog its fantastic!

To Bikers...

This is me bitching so if you don't want to read it, just wait for the next blog today... its really maddening and absurd...

Just to be clear of what I am saying and to avoid people bashing me, I am glad that people bike instead of drive there cars, do we understand my feelings on this... good.

When people bike and think that they are car piss me off.  Did you see that coming?  I just don't see how they are street worthy more then skateboarders/long boarders/rollerbladers ect. and they can't ride there mode of transportation on the road, sidewalk or anywhere really, but bikers can pretend that they are cars?!  Have I gone mental or is this not fair to everyone else who has different styles of transportation?  I understand that skateboarders and long boarders really can't control there boards all to well and can kinda of see how that can be rules out, but not really.

The other thing about the whole bikers wanting to be like cars is that they don't have turn signals and yes I know they have hand signals but I have never seen anyone else use them on the road, head lights and yes there is a difference between headlights and head lamps people and not last but this sentence needs to stop running on, that little mirror on the helmet, there is only one on the helmet, cars have two.

Last but for sure not least of my gripe about this subject are red lights and stop signs.  All cars, no matter what size have to sop at them and I see bikers always running red lights and top signs.

The Death Trap They Call The Supermarket

When you grocery shop there are three types of people that you will run into. List People, Non-List People and "Glassy Eyed Zombies." I don't mind grocery shopping, I kinda like it, I am not a list person, I distract very easily, thats why they use such bright colors on candy boxes and always have new cereal containers because that will make it seam like you might never have had it before and you NEED to be up on things, so you buy it and when you get home you find that you have a box of Raisin Bran but with "The Two Scoops" guy smiling and without the sunglasses, I am the "Marketing Team's Dream Moron." I am not a Non-list guy either because the wife and I put a list up and when we think of things to buy we just write them on the paper and then take it with us, and I know you are thinking that thats a "List Guy" but when you go to Walmart you know you are going to look at the 5 buck bin and that "Uncle Buck" DVD was not on your list when you walked in the store. I don't mind the "Glassy Eye Zombie" types, I think sometimes that is me. When I wonder off to get something I just get it and wonder around looking for stuff. The other thing that I don't like about grocery store is when they move stuff. I loath this. It's like walking down the cracker aisle and then looking around and seeing bottles and bottles of spaghetti sauce when you just want a box of Cheez-its. Super uncool supermarkets. Sometimes I wish I knew where they shopped so I could go rearrange the store so they can feel my anger!

To Sell Out or To Be Sold Out

I have been having these conflicting thoughts about music and I just need to write them down and have others put there input on the subject. Music is a huge roll in mylife and my wife and I talk about bands "Selling Out" meaning to do music for money and not just for the passion of it, has got me thinking about other jobs that people don't call "Sell Outs" Example: Bill Gates, worth about 50 some odd billion bucks and counting, you don't hear people say "Oh that sell out, who does he think he is!" No and I'll tell you why, its because he has all the money in the world (almost) and he has a horrific hair cut, just like Mr. Trump. I think that just because they are in a different filed dose not give the right to dodge the title of "Sell Out." The way I wrote the title is the second part of my blog. To "Sell Out" is to yes, have money, but also to have your music, book, art or product to be sold, oh and you don't hear people say "Oh that Da Vinci was such a sell out!" No you hear people say "That Da Vinci had some talent!" Sorry side tracked. To "Sell Out" is to have all the good things in life but to "share" your talents with the world. For bands it's to "Sell Out" a venue or a painter to "Sell Out" of a print. Another thing you don't hear people talk about violinist or cellist that play and get paid to play in the local symphony's "Sell Outs." I think that people use that word because there band or brand or what have you has become popular. The funny thing about that is, that's what they have been trying to do all along. Have people enjoy there craft whatever it may be.
