The 41st season of Sesame Street started out with a awesome duet from singer/songwriter Katy Perry, much like the long list of artist such as James Taylor, Carole King and Simon and Garfunkel before her, she took a song from her records and put a spin on it to be cute. But PBS decided to pull it because Mrs. Perry is wearing a dress that some says shows too much for a kids show.

I really can see where they are coming from, but I think that the kids will just see Elmo being chased by a girl and not looking at cleavage! I would also see that for the Teen Choice Awards she wore something less reveling.
When I watched it they say they were playing "Dress up" so I didn't even think of it being sexual is anyway and like I said before, kids don't think about, well in this case, Katy Perry's breasts like us grown up do.
People who took this off the air are the same people who said that Bert and Ernie were homosexuals and took them off the air, thanks for that by the way!
