On Thursday in Orem, UT a 38 a year old mom went to pick her four kids up at Trafalga at about 11:30 p.m. and eyewitnesses called the police since the woman could not get her car out of the parking lot.  The police arrested the woman because she blew a .08 blood/alcohol level and then had family members come pick up the kids out of police custody.    That is all...
