1 Week down 13 More to Go....

If you are looking to shed some holiday pounds like me, there are ways of going about it, but I have discovered a Podcast on iTunes (need a ipod for this) called Podrunner and Podrunner Intervals. Super high energy tunes and so simple to use! Podrunner is exercise music for a high paced work out and ranges BPMs (beats per minute) so you are not killing yourself the full time you are doing it. The intervals is what I am doing and just going done with the first week what they call "From First day to 5k" So basically takes a couch potato and in 14 weeks they can run a 5k with ease.. It's that easy!! There a two more sections on the podcast called "Gateway to 8k " this is a 10 week program and "Freeway to 10 k" is a 9 week program. I will be adding every week what I think of the tunes and knowing that if I can do this, you can too! First week was good and super awesome! Not that hard but I know next week is going to be a pain! I am so excited! I will be posting other activities you can do that is not running or biking that you can do to lose weight and getting back into your perfect form!
